New Delivery

“Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.’” John 3:3, NAS.

One week after coming to faith, Rad* found himself anxiously awaiting the birth of his daughter. His wife had difficulties delivering their previous child, and this burly, rough man was worried for her safety.

He also knew that Jesus had saved him from his sin, but he wasn’t sure what Jesus could do to help him in this situation. So, he decided to pray for his wife and daughter in the name of Jesus. Ten minutes after he voiced that prayer his daughter was safely delivered.

Rad was so excited that Jesus had answered his prayer that he named his daughter after Him! For this new believer from a Muslim people group, it was important to know that Jesus can deliver!

Pray that:

New believers like Rad will grow in their faith and will be bold and fruitful in their witness.

Rad’s people group will see the power of God through His answers to prayer and will be drawn to faith in Jesus.
